Ordering and Payment

All quotes provided are free and without obligation. If you decide to place an order, payment must be made as agreed before installation. We accept various payment methods, which will be confirmed at the time of purchase. Orders are only confirmed once payment has been received and processed.

Installation and Delivery

We aim to deliver and install your stairlift within the timeframe agreed upon at the time of purchase. Installation will be carried out by our qualified engineers. If there are any delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible. You must ensure that the area where the stairlift will be installed is clear and accessible on the scheduled date.

Cancellations and Refunds

If you wish to cancel your order before installation, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. Refunds will be subject to any costs already incurred. Once a stairlift has been installed, refunds are not available unless the product is found to be faulty. If there are any issues, please contact us immediately so we can resolve them.

Warranty and Repairs

All new stairlifts come with a manufacturer’s warranty, and reconditioned models include a warranty as specified at the time of purchase. If your stairlift develops a fault within the warranty period, we will arrange repairs or replacements as necessary. Any damage caused by misuse or unauthorised repairs will not be covered under the warranty.

Liability

We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use of our stairlifts. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of faulty products as outlined in the warranty.
